The property is completely private and is within a very short walk to a small village – Poljica with bakery, mini-market and restaurants. The town of Marina is 2.5 km away on the other side of the bay where there is an array of restaurants, shops and an excellent beach bars. The ancient city of Trogir is only about 15 minutes’ drive. For those interested in cultural days out, this is a good base to be able to explore the cities of Trogir, Split and Šibenik, as well as national parks of Krka and Kornati.

How to reach us

Poljica are located only 2,5 km from City of Marina. You can access Marina by road, air or sea. The municipality is situated next to the Adriatic Highway (D8) which connects the southern part of Croatia with its north.

The most popular way of traveling to Croatia is by car, and the easiest and fastest way to reach the coast is via A1 Highway,  “Dalmatina“. When traveling from the north take A1 highway to the exit Prgomet. When you reach to the local road, drive from the direction of Trogir towards Šibenik, for 9 kilometres.

Split airport “Resnik” is only 13 km away from Poljica and Zadar airport is located 90 km away. The city of Split, which is very well connected with the rest of Europe, is located 36 km away from Poljica. In the very center of Split there are the main bus station, the railway station and the ferry port. If you come to Split by sea, you can take ferry from Rijeka, Zadar and Dubrovnik (along the coast) or from Ancona, Pescara, Bari or Venice.

By bus

Marina is well-connected by bus with all larger Croatian cities. There are also local bus lines which connect the whole Marina municipality with Trogir. By ship

If you’re coming to Croatia by ferry or any other vessel, the nearest port is in Split. Split is connected with many overseas countries, particularly Italy with at least four different liners running several times a day.

By plane

Planes from all over Europe and around the world land in the Split international airport, 15 km away from Marina, several times a day. Bus number 37 leaves from the airport every 20 minutes. There are many frequent bus lines between the walled city of Trogir into Marina.
